Director of Operations
Susan White joined the Symphony in 2005.  Prior to her hiring in Amarillo she worked with the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra as its first director of education.  In Amarillo, she coordinates all aspects of concert production and the symphony’s education programs.

Director of Development and Communications
Chip Chandler joined the Symphony in 2006. Previously, he was the arts and entertainment writer for the Amarillo Globe-News for eight years, where he helped found Get Out!, the paper’s weekly entertainment supplement. A native of Canadian, he is a board member of the Texas Plains chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Manager of Audience Services

Jessamyn "Jessie" Herbert joined the Symphony in 2009. She is a recent graduate of Valparaiso University with a major in English and minor in music (oboe).  She also plays English horn, flute and piano. Jessie recently moved to Amarillo with her husband, Michael Herbert, a principal at Sutton Cooling and Heating, a family-owned business.

Executive Assistant / Board Liaison

Trudy M. Keeling joined the symphony in 2009. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and was previously employed at Amarillo National Bank. Her husband, Tyler, is a commodity broker with Amarillo Brokerage Company. She is an Amarillo native and a member of the Junior League of Amarillo.
